	01. pick you original pic, and crop it to icon-sized. TIP：choose a pic with red and green color will get the best result.
	02. create a new layer, fill it with #F1F34A, and change the layer mode to Soft Light.
	03. create a Selective Color Layer：        Red（-100, 0, 100, 100）        Yellow（-74, 7, -14, 0）        Cyans（100, -100, 100, 100）        Neutrals（55, -3, -50, 14）
	04. create a Selective Color Layer：        Red（-100, 0, 100, 10）        Yellow（-100, -100 -100, 0）        Neutrals（22, -3, -5, -2）
